Product Description

This vertical machining center has the advantages of good rigidity, high precision, low noise, large processing range, easy operation and maintenance, and reasonable price. This machine tool has a wide range of applications and, when used in conjunction with a tool magazine, can achieve automatic continuous milling of planes, grooves, slopes, and various curves, as well as drilling, expanding, and reaming holes.
The complete set of spindle system used in this machine tool is imported from a professional supporting manufacturer in Taiwan, and all important components have undergone strengthening treatment. We use P4 grade spindle bearings from world-renowned brands, lubricated with grease. After the entire spindle is assembled under constant temperature conditions, it undergoes computer balance calibration and running in testing, resulting in a long service life and high reliability of the entire spindle. The three-axis guide rails of the machine tool all use linear rolling guides, making high-speed and high-precision positioning machining possible. The machine tool lubrication system adopts an automatic centralized oil supply lubrication system, which can ensure that any lubrication part is fully lubricated.
