Product Description

1.MHN-U400 is a high-performance five axis machining center with a portal structure, mainly suitable for parts processing in industries such as 3C digital, small and medium-sized impellers, and precision mold manufacturing. The body has achieved excellent mechanical performance through finite element analysis, using high-quality cast iron casting, reinforced gantry frame, and all cast iron annealing treatment, with high stability and small deformation.

2. Equipped with LL torque motor cradle five axis (optional with other brands), suitable for various metal and non-metal materials. Equipped with the new generation 220MA-5 control system, it can achieve high-precision and complex surface five axis linkage machining, as well as a four axis semi machining method with one-time clamping and multi surface machining, which has outstanding advantages in machining precision and efficiency.

3. The three-axis screw and guide rail are all made of well-known brands in the German and other industries. The 16mm lead strip with pre pulled tail end ensures machining accuracy (optional grating), and the high rigidity guide rail ensures the service life of the machine,.

4. Equipped with a 20000rpm high-speed milling spindle, the spindle adopts high-precision bearings and the optimal shaft arrangement, which has the characteristics of high operating accuracy, high stability, large rigidity, and large bearing capacity. A circulating cooling channel is installed inside the spindle to quickly remove the heat generated by the spindle rotation under the operation of an external water cooling machine, allowing the spindle to quickly enter a lower thermal equilibrium state, thereby ensuring the dimensional stability of the processed product and maintaining the longevity of the spindle.

5. The knife magazine adopts Beiju's 21 umbrella style servo knife magazine, which has advantages such as fast tool changing and precise positioning compared to conventional arm knife magazines.

6. Equipped with a valley integrated automatic oil lubrication system as standard, it ensures good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine tool, smooth operation, and improves the service life of the screw and rail. Compared to traditional thin oil lubrication, oil lubrication reduces frequent oiling times, provides more thorough lubrication, and makes the interior of the machine cleaner.

7. Equipped with a tool presetter, it can automatically set the offset value of the tool to the workpiece coordinate system after tool presetting, thereby automatically establishing the workpiece coordinate system. It is very convenient to set the coordinate values of the workpiece. Not only does it save time, but it also improves efficiency.

8. The three-axis adopts high-quality protective covers with good protection. The surface of the organ is covered with stainless steel scales to prevent iron shavings from cutting the cover and increase its service life. The workbench slope is used for chip cleaning, and the base is located on one side of the rear row near the door. While the iron chips are centrally discharged, it provides users with a more user-friendly cleaning space for the machine body.

9. Equipped with 2 high-power water pumps, the cutting tools and workpieces can be fully cooled during processing, and the flushing and chip removal are more thorough.

Installation and Acceptance

1.After the machine tool arrives at the site of Party A, Party A is responsible for the foundation, unloading, lifting, unpacking, and positioning of the machine tool.

2.After the machine tool arrives at the site of Party A, Party A shall complete the final acceptance within 10 days. If the final acceptance is not completed within 10 days due to the fault of Party A, it shall be deemed that Party A has passed the final acceptance and the machine tool shall automatically enter the warranty period.

3. Acceptance content: According to the accuracy specified in the certificate of conformity provided by Party B, projects that require the use of specialized testing instruments and gauges from the manufacturing factory will not undergo repeated testing.

4. Auxiliary materials for machine tools such as coolant, cooling oil, cutting fluid, guide rail oil, and lubricating grease shall be purchased and provided by Party A.

Other

1. Any matters not covered in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties.

2. This agreement, as an attachment to the contract, shall come into effect simultaneously with the sales contract upon signature or seal by both parties.

3. This agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and both copies have equal legal effect.
