Product Description

The guide rail adopts high-performance roller guide rail and overload extended slider, which has excellent characteristics such as high precision, fast movement, and low wear.
The screw adopts high-precision C3 grinding grade ball screw and heavy-duty double nut. The screw is fixed and pre stretched to ensure excellent rigidity, machine accuracy, and thermal stability.
The spindle adopts high-precision P4 grade angular contact ball bearings, with a heavy load design combination of front three and rear two, effectively ensuring rigidity and accuracy.
The turret is driven by a servo motor, which allows for nearby tool changing and fast tool changing speed. The turret locking is hydraulic locking, with strong locking force and high stability, achieving high rigidity and precision of the turret.
